Regular visits
We visit the property regularly to ensure that any issues that have not been reported are dealt with. We follow up our visits by sending you a detailed report, including photos. Our visits also allow us to identify any future work requirements, which allows us to forward plan any necessary works.
Trusted tradesman
All the tradesman we work with are fully insured and, where required, are members of their regulatory body. Unlike some corporate agencies, we do not add a 'mark up' to the cost of works. Because we use local tradesmen, we have a good relationship with them which means that we can count on them to attend to any issues as a priority.
Independent inventories
We use an independent company to draw up thorough inventories, schedules of condition and conduct check outs. They are members of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks.
Full compliance
We ensure that your property complies with all the relevant legislation, such as the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard, Energy Performance Certificates, Gas Safety Certificates and electrical certificates.
