What I love about Alresford: I am often reminded, when I meet people, how fortunate we are to live in such a beautiful part of the World.
With over 18 years’ experience in running successful letting agencies in both Wiltshire and Hampshire, Ian has an innate understanding of the needs of both our landlord and tenant clients. He is always looking for ways to embrace technology in order to enhance the lettings experience.
Outside of lettings, Ian is married with two young boys, he is also an FA qualified football coach specialising in under 7 and under 8 age groups.

Returning to England after many years abroad, Carey stumbled upon Alresford, fell in love with it and has made it home. She comes from a retail background, but has spent many years working with an interior design company in Malta, focusing on space management and home organisation. Her flair for sales, and passion for property, make her an essential part of the team at Hellards.
What I love about Alresford: It is a quintessential English town with a great community spirit and amazing dog walks. The Thursday market along with our own fresh food shops add to the quality of life, making it a gem of a place to live.
Liane has considerable experience in estate agency, having worked for Hellards for over 10 years. For her, communication with both clients and colleagues is paramount. Liane oversees our sales progression, as well as getting involved with viewings and negotiations, allowing her to offer support to clients all the way through the moving process.
Nothing is too much trouble for Liane. She uses a practical approach to problem solving and has the tenacity to see things through to completion.
What I love about Alresford: The people!
Laura looks after the marketing of our new instructions. She uses her attention to detail to make sure a high standard of presentation is achieved consistently. This includes working with property photos and preparing brochures, as well as handling Hellards marketing and communications. Laura knows this part of Hampshire inside-out, having lived in and around Alresford her whole life.
What I love about West Meon: The Meon Valley Railway Line and Old Winchester Hill right on our doorstep with great walks and superb views across the valley. A great village shop, café and pub as well as a beautiful park.
With experience in Rural Estate Management, Public Sector Services and Administration, Helen has the perfect background to look after the day-to-day management of our rental properties
Helen enjoys visiting properties and meeting with landlords and tenants and our clients know that she’ll look after every detail of the management of their property with the utmost care.
What I love about Alresford: Helen enjoys shopping with friends and eating out in Alresford’s restaurants.
Outside of Hellards, Fiona is married with two adult children. In her spare time she volunteers for a Wildlife Rescue charity and fosters Hedgehogs. She also knits purple poppies for Murphy’s Army Purple Poppy campaign. When she isn’t rescuing hedgehogs or knitting poppies, Fiona also likes spectator sports particularly football and tennis and making cakes.
Having worked for 15 years with a national agent, I joined the team earlier this year. I enjoy meeting people, and visiting the wide selection of properties that Hellards market. As I have lived in the area all my life, I have local knowledge of Alresford and the surrounding villages.
What I love about Medstead: the lovely countryside and walks, and of course the Watercress Line runs through it. Did you know that Medstead is one of the highest points in Hampshire at 716 feet?
