Include your property in our office displays and present full colour brochures to purchasers
Advertise your property in the local newspapers
Advertise your property on the internet
Arrange viewing appointments (either directly with you or we shall accompany purchasers, at no extra charge, if required)
Contact those who have viewed to encourage offers, discuss any perceived concerns and note any comments - we will then pass this information on to you
Submit offers (verbally & in writing) - together with information about the prospective purchaser's ability to proceed (i.e. any chain, conditions, mortgage requirements etc.)
Negotiate a sale on your behalf to achieve the best available price
Inform the respective solicitors of the sale details
Monitor progress of the sale and keep you informed
Assist your solicitor to achieve an early exchange of contracts & agree a completion (moving) date
Sort out any outstanding matters and hand over the keys on completion
