Property buyers often like to talk to us face-to-face; our office is ideally situated in the heart of the town to attract buyers looking in this area. Properties are featured in our prominent window display, facing onto busy Broad Street, giving them extra exposure.

Many property owners are unsure about showing people around their homes themselves, which is why one of our experienced team will normally accompany prospective buyers; all we need is the key! We will contact you well in advance to book the viewing, arrive early to turn on the lights and be ready to welcome the buyers on their arrival.

Regular contact & a personal service

We appreciate that sellers expect good communication from their estate agent. We will make every effort to provide precise and constructive updates following viewings as well as keeping in touch on a regular basis, so you are kept ‘in the loop’ about progress as it happens.

Offers and agreeing a sale

Once an offer is made, we will check the chain thoroughly, if there is one, and check on a buyer’s ability to proceed with the purchase. We will pass on our thoughts, and guidance, but will take your instructions as to how you wish to proceed. We will always act in your best interests to secure the very best offer possible before recommending that you agree on a sale. Once an offer is accepted, we will send letters to both sets of solicitors and follow the sale through to exchange of contracts and completion on your behalf. During this process you will be kept fully informed every step of the way.
